The SportinGenk Park is accessible to the general public, including persons with reduced mobility and persons with disabilities. All buildings on the site are accessible via a ramp. Visitors with reduced mobility can use the intercom to have the barrier raised so they can drive their car right up to the front door, where dedicated parking spaces are provided.
Both the Arcade and Balance buildings have an elevator. There are wide entrances, as well as adapted sanitary facilities.
A wheelchair is available for access to the swimming pool. This allows you to approach the edge of the swimming pool, where a chair lift is available to safely lift people with a physical disability into the water.
Next to the 'sportbos' (sports forest), there is a cycle lane that is easily accessible for people with a wheelchair.
SportinGenk also organises series of sports instructions for people with a disability or health issues. Genk sports clubs also offer G-sport.
