Kattevennen-Cosmodrome is accessible to the general public, including visitors with reduced mobility and people with hearing or visual disabilities.
The visitor reception was awarded an A Label by Tourism Flanders for its accessibility.
In the Cosmodrome's 360° cinema, there are a number of places reserved specifically for wheelchair users. All passageways are also accessible for wider-bodied electric wheelchairs.
The observatory is not accessible for wheelchairs as there is no lift in this part of the building. However, the Cosmodrome has an adapted viewer that can be made available on the observation platform upon request.
People with an EU Disability Card enjoy benefits in the Cosmodrome. They can take advantage of the group discount when they visit a 360° show in the Cosmodrome.
